• Account Information: When you sign up, we use Google Firebase Authentication.
  • If you sign up with an email and password, we collect and store only your email address for authentication purposes.
  • If you choose to sign in with Google, Firebase securely receives your name, email address, and profile photo URL from Google. Seedloggr does not use, display, or store your name or profile photo anywhere in the application's interface or database. The only piece of this information we use is your email address for account identification.
• User-Generated Content: We store the data you voluntarily provide to the Service, such as information about cultivars, projects, field notes, and uploaded images. This data is partitioned and accessible only to your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our Service.
• Authenticate and manage your account.
• Allow you to use the features of the application as intended.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. We do not use your information for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase. We rely on Google's robust security measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

4. Data Portability and Deletion

You have full and complete control over your data. From the "Data" page within the application, you can:

• Export all of your data at any time.
• Permanently delete your entire account and all associated data. This action is irreversible.

5. Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase: We use Firebase for authentication and database services. Their privacy policy can be found on their respective websites.
• Google Gemini: We may use third-party AI models (such as Google's Gemini) to provide features like summarization. The content you submit for these features (e.g., audio files, text notes) is sent to these services for processing but is not associated with your personal account information.
